The staff at Advanced Sports & Family Chiropractor & Acupuncture of Lee’s Summit Missouri believes that health and wellness equal prevention. ASFCA of Lee’s Summit provides physical therapy services as a compliment to Chiropractic and Acupuncture.



Patients that come for regular adjustments ask us how to maintain their adjustment between regular appointments. We recommend strengthening through physical therapy.

We have created exercise videos to assist you on your path to wellness. Each video explains how the exercises are completed with written step-by-step instructions. Please only do the exercises you feel comfortable doing, or the exercises that have been discussed with your chiropractor or the director of rehab.

To assist our patients with the types of exercises that will help them stay healthy we’ve created a “Physical Therapy Therapeutic Exercise Library”. We encourage patients to check out the various exercises featured and try them out at home.

All featured exercises include videos and written step-by-step instructions for each exercise. We are continuously adding to our library of “Physical Therapy Therapeutic Exercises” so please check back often.

Also, remember when doing exercises, only do the ones that you are comfortable with. We recommend talking with the doctors at ASFCA to confirm which exercises will be best for you before you start an exercise routine.
